Root & Ruler does not currently display paid advertising or use affiliate links. If that changes, commercial relationships will be disclosed clearly and kept separate from calculator results and editorial conclusions.
Advertising
Future display ads will be visibly labeled “Advertisement,” separated from calculator controls and results, and loaded only after provider approval and applicable consent configuration. We do not ask users to click ads or disguise ads as tools, downloads, navigation, or recommended resources.
Affiliate links
If affiliate links are added, a clear disclosure will appear before the first affected link. A commission will not increase the price paid by the reader unless explicitly stated. Product inclusion will not be sold as an editorial conclusion.
Sponsored work
Sponsored content, if accepted, will be labeled at the top of the page and kept out of formula validation, source selection, and calculator results. Claims supplied by a sponsor will be identified and checked rather than repeated as independent findings.

Search traffic, advertising approval, click-through rate, and revenue are not guaranteed. Usefulness comes before any commercial integration.
